Postage is $10 via Regular Australian Post, regardless of state or suburb. You will see this information during your purchase process.

As we are a SOHO (Small Office Home Office) we currently don't do pickups. By not having to pay for an expensive retail store we are able to lower our phone prices.

As we stated during your purchase process please allow 3 to 5 working days after your payment has been approved to receive your order if you do not receive it after 5 working days please contact us.

Payments sometimes takes 1-3 days to approve depending on what day and time you made your purchase. It is not instant as this is to help prevent fraudulant credit cards. In most cases it normally takes a day.

Yes all of our prices are GST inclusive and the details will be displayed on your invoice that is sent with your phone.

Your payments are secure as we use Paypal to process credit card payments. Paypal is one of the largest online money facilitators they are partners of Ebay. For direct debit payments we're secure as your bank is as we do not take your payment through our website, the payment is done via your bank's Internet banking or through your banks teller, you just provide us with your given Order ID in your payment details.
